Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. In our community, we don't typically require a formal contract or lease. However, for longer stays, a deposit is required, and we kindly ask that you give us one month's notice when you're ready to move in. We're here to help make the process simple and enjoyable!

The security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
