Our coliving has been designed with community living in mind and features two fully furnished shared kitchens and a shared indoor workspace that is perfect for collaborating with others. Additionally, our spacious patio garden provides ample space to enjoy nature and work outside, while the chill-out area with a barbecue is perfect for winding down and socializing with fellow residents.

The house features four full bathrooms and an additional toilet. With a focus on modern and minimalist design, simplicity and functionality are combined to create a space that's ideal for both productivity and relaxation.

Yes, all rooms are private, and many of them include desks inside. Also, the house is very large, so guests can distribute themselves among the different common areas for privacy.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

Currently pets are not allowed in our colivings

We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use.

There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors.

We host an international like minded group of remote workers with average age 33.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Gran Canaria is a miniature continent where you can do all kinds of activities except for snowboarding :)
