Discover urban living like never before with our coliving space, featuring eight bedrooms, three of which have access to a stunning balcony offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

Our coliving has been designed with community living in mind and features two fully furnished shared kitchens and a shared indoor workspace that is perfect for collaborating with others. Additionally, our spacious patio garden provides ample space to enjoy nature and work outside, while the chill-out area with a barbecue is perfect for winding down and socializing with fellow residents.

The house features four full bathrooms and an additional toilet. With a focus on modern and minimalist design, simplicity and functionality are combined to create a space that's ideal for both productivity and relaxation.

Whether you're a digital nomad, remote worker, student, or young professional, our coliving offers the perfect balance of privacy and community living.

Community

Thanks to our five active colivings, all located in the same neighborhood and part of the same network, we are proud to host an international community of digital nomads.

Regular formal and informal meetups and workshops are organized for our community, with the aim of sharing ideas, experiences, and networking.

Our colivings provide great comfort and a relaxed atmosphere for an outstanding community of remote workers and digital nomads. We offer unique accommodations built for entrepreneurs and remote teams too. It is small and personal, and everybody knows your name. You will become part of a community of like-minded and highly skilled professionals.

  • It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.
    100% online - no paperwork needed.
    Some hosts have contracts that you need to sign before moving in in case you wish to commit to a long-term stay.
  • You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
  • The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
  • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
    - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
    - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
    - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
  • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
  • You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

  • Yes, all rooms are private, and many of them include desks inside. Also, the house is very large, so guests can distribute themselves among the different common areas for privacy.
  • Currently pets are not allowed in our colivings
  • We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use.
  • There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors.
  • We host an international like minded group of remote workers with average age 33.
