I offer affordable, monthly lease in a house that is set up best for Students, Artists, Musicians, Actors, and adults inbetween leases.
Residents are friendly and humble here. Many have lived here for over 3 years. Many at 2 years. The rest 1 year to 6 months.
The basement has extra storage and space to play and record music!
The green room is great for skype meetings to studying to recording Acting Audtions.
The Blue study room is perfect for computer gaming and studying.
The yards are perfect for relaxing, eating, smoking and hanging out with a friend. Or some Gardening. Hammock and gazebo is perfect too!
The house has a ton of space and never feels over crowded.

Easy access to Venice Beach to Santa monica beach to Hollywood to Inglewood. Latin Grocery stores and restaurants and theats surround this Beautiful home.
There are many jobs in this area. Downtown Los Angeles to Echo Park's attractions are very close to this House.

No smoking or obtrusive drunkenness or illegal drug use is allowed inside the house.
Elders and less healthy people have lower bunk bed priority first.
No lound phone calls in bedrooms. Take it to common rooms, office rooms, basement or the porch please.
If your roommates are not complaining about you, then there are no issues with management.
Headphones must be worn when watching any media or listening to any media inside the bedrooms or kitchen or study room.
Smoking is allowed on the porches and yards.
Throw away all your garbage and pick up after yourself.
Always do your dishes right after or during your cooking.
No prejudices or racism is allowed here.
No stealing allowed. You are responsible for your personal items, not management.
There are security cameras in common, public spaces only to prevent theft.
