Una zona residencial tranquila y bien comunicada del distrito de Chamartín. Está muy cerca del Paseo de la Castellana, del Estadio Santiago Bernabéu y de Cuatro Torres, lo que la convierte en una ubicación ideal tanto para estudiantes como para profesionales.

En los alrededores hay una amplia oferta de supermercados, cafeterías, gimnasios y todo tipo de servicios.
