We offer different beds and rooms to choose from. We have female-only and co-ed bedrooms. Some beds have exclusive access to separate amenities such as private TVs, privacy curtains, tempurpedic mattresses, etc.

Other rooms in the house include:
- a film and music recording room.
- a gym/game room.
- a theater room that seats 12 people.
- a party room. Everything is free to use.

The property provides evening entertainment and a shared kitchen. All new residents can have a private desk work space at no additional charge.
If you want to have a giant 400 sqft private office space, it's only another $300 per month!

We designed this co-living space with people working or aspiring to work in the film and music industry in mind. (but anyone may apply).
We organize events for all our residents to meet and network with one another and with external film and music industry professionals. A majority of our guests leave us having made new best friends for the rest of their lives. Others have collaborated on different film and music projects together.

Our house is located in the very BEST part of downtown LA, next to the largest skyscrapers, close to several noted attractions:
- around a 16-minute walk from L.A. Live
- 1.4 km from Microsoft Theater

Dodger Stadium is 5 km from the hostel, while California Science Center is 5.1 km from the property.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Renters Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
