The shared apartment in Valencia's Barrio del Carmen offers excellent private rooms. The shared flat boasts a 14-m2 room with a private bathroom, brightened by a large window, and is fully equipped with all the necessary comforts for your stay. The single room has air conditioning, a bed with a chest, a desk with a chest of drawers, a chair, a wardrobe, a shelf unit, and a fridge. We also have a security system through which you can access your room using an electronic lock.
With the latest technology and meticulous attention to detail, the apartment aims to provide a homely feel. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, and coffee maker; a separate locker for food storage; and a variety of kitchenware, cutlery, and crockery.
