You'll love this residential but quiet and safe neighborhood, full of trees, birds, and squirrels. There are a variety of groceries and commerce a few steps away, and we're also so close to VIVA Envigado shopping mall, Envigado main park, Otraparte cafe, "Calle de la Buena Mesa" (a street with more than 20 good restaurants), gyms, and the list continues...


Our location is ideal, and you'll have easy access to all kinds of public transportation.
We’re just two blocks from Las Vegas Ave. and El Poblado Ave. in each direction. From these two streets, you will have access to many bus routes that can connect you to any corner of our city. Additionally, we are only a 15-minute walk from the Envigado station of the Medellin metro system.
