Each room is private. The common areas including the kitchen, living room and bathrooms are all shared with the other tenants.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Each room is designed for just one person. Guests are allowed but two people cannot rent a room.

You can use the living room as a work area.

Your roommates will always change. We have people from all over the world, doing anything from working, completing their PHDs, making art, and everything in between.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

When booking through Coliving.com, our Move-in fee is applied directly to the rent so there are no additional fees associated with the rent. The only other potential costs would be fees associated with damages done to the community.

Yes, each room will have a bed, desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe or storage space, and windows!

No. All food will be your responsibility.

We have free in-unit washing and cleaning units

Yes! We designed the kitchens to be perfect for making your own meals. We provide cookware, utensils, and basic spices in our communities.

Yes! All our community areas are free to work on.

We have a house keeper clean common areas every week. This includes the living room, kitchen, hallways, and bathrooms.

There are not allowed.

There is free parking on Francis street. Point street parking requires a permit. There is no private parking.

Events are currently organized by the community itself. The community is allowed to host people inside the property and in the garden area as long as everyone consents to an event.

We provide shelf and fridge space for your own groceries. The kitchen can be used for cooking, baking, prepping, or anything else.

Yes, as long as you let us know with 30-days notice, we can extend your existing lease to fit you needs.

We do not offer prorated rates for our rooms. We rent the room starting at each calendar month.

Your lease will start on the 1st of the month, so you can choose to move in anytime within the month!
