This is more than just a regular apartment. When you put interesting, smart, and enthusiastic people together in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Chicago, it’s bound to be amazing!
You will have your own room, but you will share three bathrooms, a kitchen, two common rooms, and an experience.
The kitchen is fully equipped and available for everyone to use. There are 5 fridges available to use by the residents (2 of them are located on the lower floor). Laundry is provided!

Each room is private. The common areas including the kitchen, living room and bathrooms are all shared with the other tenants.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Each room is designed for just one person. Guests are allowed but two people cannot rent a room.

Your roommates will always change. We have people from all over the world, doing anything from working, completing their PHDs, making art, and everything in between.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
