You will have your own furnished room. There are two shared bathrooms, a kitchen, a common room, and an unforgettable journey await!
Each room and community area comes fully furnished. The kitchens are equipped with appliances & stocked with cookware and dinnerware! And for the dreaded laundry day? Well, we've got you covered, Laundry is provided! Utilities, basic refillable like dish soap and toilet paper, and housekeeping is included.

We require a video call to be set up after booking - this is to make sure all questions are answered and we can prepare for your stay! We will send out a lease to sign after booking. Payment made to Coliving.com will be considered Subletinn's "Last Month's Rent" in our lease. This means you will be paying for your last month of stay up front, and our first month's rent and your move in fee will be due on the day of your move-in directly to us. Each room is designed for just one person. Guests are allowed but two people cannot rent a room.
You can use the living room as a work area.
Your roommates will always change. We have people from all over the world, doing anything from working, completing their PHDs, making art, and everything in between.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
