We are more than just a regular apartment. When you put interesting, smart, and enthusiastic people together in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Chicago, it’s bound to be amazing!
You will have your room but you will share three bathrooms, a kitchen, a common room. The kitchen is available for everyone to use. Kitchen accessories are provided. There are 3 fridges available to use by the residents. Laundry is provided. The following amenities and services are included:

About Palmer - Logan Square
Palmer Square is the 400 feet wide green space link between Humboldt Boulevard and Kedzie Boulevard as part of the Logan Square Boulevard National Historic District. This green space is surrounded by large-scale homes built around the turn of the century. Once a popular raceway for nineteenth-century carriage drivers and cyclists, this green space is a quiet getaway in the Logan Square neighborhood. The house is surrounded by restaurants, bars, arcades, art exhibits, and coffee shops! A 5-minute walk will leave you in front of the Chicago Blue Line giving you easy transportation to Chicago's Loop, UIC campus, and the UIC hospital.

Each room is designed for just one person. Guests are allowed but two people cannot rent a room.
