Our coliving is located in a unique setting—on top of a small mountain range between Colombia's central and western ranges. This exclusive location makes the property an extraordinary viewpoint for 2 national parks, 5 Colombian departments, and more than 32 towns, including Manizales and Pereira. It offers unique views of Los Nevados El Ruiz, Santa Isabel, and el Paramillo del Quindio.
The small town of San Jose offers the real Colombian rural vibe. Not that the cities aren't Colombia, but in the coffee region, small towns feel like the time stopped 30 years ago, and it is waiting for us to return from the cities. It was with that idea in mind our Co-living was created. Comfortable to live and work, with the simplicity of the countryside to detox a bit from the busyness of a big city and add a touch of adventure for those with the right work/life balance.
We love music, dance, art, and culture, so there is plenty of space to explore your art skills. We also like to party, just not all the time. Yoga and afternoon social activities are plentiful and available. With local little cafes to explore, waterfalls, paragliding, and MTB, the size of your adventures at our coliving depends on you.
Of course, we have hot water, Starlink internet, clean sheets, hammocks, fireplaces, lookout points, and a lovely atmosphere. Please ask us for the local entrepreneur program we cooperate with, the local schools we support, and the female entrepreneurs we help and support by marketing their products and showcasing them in our events. So yes, it is a comfortable countryside property committed to spreading " love " around our local community.
Over the years, we have received adventurers from around the world, from professional paragliders to world overlanders and bike-packers. They all come and share their adventures and take with them a little of our piece of paradise. So, on Thursdays, we share stories, trips, photos, blogs, business ideas, and entrepreneurial projects. Come and share your ideas of the world with like-minded roomies on Play Day Thursdays.

We like a life out of the hassle of main cities, we offer a window into the real rural Colombia, through a very comfy living, close enough to get amongst it and learn from it. San Jose - Caldas is not the town one hear about on the news. Quite the opposite, here is quiet. work hard and enjoy the piece of heaven we call home. We host digital nomads from around the world and outdoor enthusiasts that can work and play from the same spot.

About San jose
San Jose - Caldas is a coffee town of Colombia. with its difficulties and its idiosyncrasies, what you see is what you get around here. Very simple life where your word precedes you and is the trademark of all you do.
Mountains in Colombia mean fresh luscious green hills that take you from the snow capes above 5K above de clouds, to the hot and humid valleys below de 600m of altitude. From San Jose the town known as the lookout balcony of Caldas, we can see them all. 5.350m Ruiz Volcano dominates the landscape on the east side of us. While the views of Tatamá, are the central piece of every sunset.
Agriculture is what everyone does around here, we all live off the land, some work it with their hands and some others tell the stories of those who work the land before us, their stories, their paths and all what they left behind for us. That Iis what San Jose is a story mid-writing. Hopefully with our community and other communities help we will be able to write a great story of San Jose - Caldas' Balcony.
