Are pets allowed?

we love animals, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in the shared living spaces. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you still enjoy all the wonderful aspects of community life with us! If you have any other questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out! 😊

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

For short-term stays, sharing rent with a friend or partner is absolutely fine! You’re welcome to book a space together and split the rent for a more flexible stay.
However, for long-term stays, we typically have policies in place to ensure each individual meets the booking criteria, and both residents would need to meet the usual requirements (such as being a digital remote worker or entrepreneur). For longer stays, please reach out directly to us, and we’ll be happy to discuss options and make sure everything works smoothly for both of you.
Let me know if you have any more questions! 😊

Is there a designated space for work?

we understand the importance of having the right tools to work efficiently. Our coworking area is equipped with monitors to ensure you can work comfortably and stay productive.
Monitors Available: We offer shared monitors in the coworking area, so you can easily connect your laptop for a better working experience.
Ergonomic Setup: Along with the monitors, we provide comfortable desks and ergonomic chairs to ensure you have the best setup for long hours of work.
Feel free to bring your own accessories or use the available equipment. If you need any additional tools or have specific workspace requests, just let us know—we’re happy to help! 😊
