Each room is equipped with desks and chairs (perfect for when you have calls), but if you prefer working from the common areas, you can choose between the dining table or the terraces.

The villa is equipped with two 600 mb fiber routers to ensure a perfect connection throughout the premises.

Kitchen:
Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen to show off your cooking skills and prepare your meals. It includes a blender, moka pot, kettle, oven, microwave, and toaster.

Outdoor Areas:
In addition, our co-living features one large terrace and a rooftop.
1. The front terrace is a great spot to relax under the shade of the parasols.
2. The top terrace is the perfect place to catch the first rays of the sun while practicing yoga or working on your tan.

From here, you can enjoy stunning views of Las Palmas and the surrounding palm trees while working or relaxing.
