Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen to show off your cooking skills and prepare your meals. It includes a blender, moka pot, kettle, oven, microwave, and toaster.

In addition, our co-living features one large terrace and a rooftop.
1. The front terrace is a great spot to relax under the shade of the parasols.

The area was developed by British residents who dominated the economic life of the region in the late 19th century. As a result, the neighborhood is home to many embassies and elegant residences, all situated amidst small gardens of various architectural styles.
In this true oasis within the vibrant city of Las Palmas, visitors can admire the greenery and subtropical lushness of Doramas Park. The large Hotel Santa Catalina is another prominent feature of the area.
