Nestled in the heart of a quaint village, it offers a peaceful and tranquil setting, promoting a shared way of life and making it ideal for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Sustainability, nature, freedom, field, ecology, and balance are the hallmarks of our property. Our house at the foot of the Benicadell mountain is an ideal escape from the frenetic world and a place where imagination and creativity can thrive.

Enjoy the tranquility of our two different coworking areas, which provide flexibility and convenience. One of them, "El Invernadero," is a bright and spacious room, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a stunning view of the garden and the majestic Benicadell.

Additionally, WiFi is available throughout the common areas, ensuring that you stay connected while immersing yourself in the beauty of the surrounding countryside.

Salem is a quiet village with 450 residents and a welcoming community that includes a library, a pharmacy, a doctor, mail, an ATM, and a bakery. There are two bars in the village. The municipality organizes cultural programs on a timely basis. It is well-connected by road. Valencia is 80 kilometers away, whereas Alicante is 100 kilometers away. The closest cities in 30 minutes are Xativa, Gandia, and Alcoi.

We provide yoga, meditation, massage, and spa treatments on the property. Kitchen workshops and a green garden. Mountain paths start from the villa's main gate.

You can go to the gym every day, and the swimming pool will be open in April. At the property, we prefer calm and relaxation—life without rush—yet we're always motivated by inspiration, creation, and the desire to live a peaceful and serene life with decent people.

- We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
  Please note that additional charges do apply.
- You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

- You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.

- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Guests that bring visitors will pay a fee to be determined by us per night stayed. If you wish to stay for one month, you must pay more than 70% per month. Always with prior consent from us since we do not like to massify our accommodation.
