Can I terminate the lease agreement before I move in? (Cancelation policy)

Terminating the Renters and Hosts Terms: 

It's possible to terminate the Renters Terms even if you decide not to move into the coliving space at the start of the agreement without providing any reason.

The termination becomes effective immediately upon delivery of the termination notice to the host (i.e., as soon as the host learns of your decision to withdraw from the agreement).

Cancellation Policies: 

The type of cancellation policy applied depends on the preferences stated by the host in the listing description. Details about the host's cancellation policy can be found in the booking request or the listing description on Coliving.com.

Cancellation Policy: Free 7

Your 1st month's rent will be refunded 100% if you cancel up to 7 days before.

Cancellation Policy: Free 14 

Your 1st month's rent will be refunded 100% if you cancel up to 14 days before.

Cancellation Policy: Free 30

Your 1st month's rent will be refunded 100% if you cancel up to 30 days before.

Cancellation Policy: Full

Your 1st month's rent will be refunded 50% if you cancel up to 24 hours before.

Cancellation Policy: Flexible

Your 1st month's rent will be refunded 50% if you cancel up to 7 days before.

Cancellation Policy: Moderate

Your 1st month's rent will be refunded 50% if you cancel up to 14 days before.

Cancellation Policy: Strict

Your 1st month's rent will be refunded 50% if you cancel up to 30 days before.

Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable

No cancellation after a booking is accepted.
