We are pleased to present this newly completed villa, finalized in 2024, featuring modern and contemporary finishes. The property includes 5 double bedrooms (1 ensuite), 3.5 bathrooms, a saltwater pool, 2 west-facing terraces, and 2 south/west-facing roof terraces. The villa is equipped with full air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout.

The villa spans three floors:

Lower Floor: Provides access to the property, featuring two enclosed parking spaces and a storage room.

Lower Semi-Ground Floor: Includes a comfortable living room and two bedrooms that share a bathroom.

Ground Floor: The left wing houses a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. The right wing features a living-dining room with views of the protected Monte San Anton. Both the living room and kitchen have large windows that open onto two expansive terraces with scenic views, providing access to the saltwater swimming pool.

First Floor: Comprises three bedrooms. The hallway to the left includes two bedrooms with large windows that share a bathroom. The spacious master bedroom offers a sophisticated ensuite bathroom and large windows with views of the bay and sea.

Top Floor: Features two solariums with panoramic views of the entire Bay of Malaga and the city.

Please note that you will share this brand-new villa with the occupants of the other four bedrooms. Your room is spacious and comfortable, accommodating either a queen bed or two single beds upon request.

    Guests are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.
  • Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.

  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
  • Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
  • Policies
  • Guests are allowed in the visiting area, but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • We do not accept pets.
    By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
    1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
    2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
    We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.

  • Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
  • Amenities
  • We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
    Storage lockers and parking are additional costs.
  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
    You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

    There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
  • Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.

  • Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk it's a short distance to bus 29 will bring you there in 10 minutes
  • Malaga Airport is only 18 km (15 minutes drive) away via Autovia A7
  • To keep you and your friends entertained, you may join the tennis club a few minutes walking from the villa where you can play tennis , paddle, yoga and Pilates classes.
