CHAPTERS is the only co-living –coworking spaces project in Vilnius and the only co-living space project in the central part of Vilnius.
Project has 291 units of urban-style 12-34 sq. m. size, 1 and 2 rooms apartments with kitchen and bathroom. Apartments are with single and double beds, part of the apartments on the 1st floor have terraces and are pet friendly.
There is no such abundance of common spaces in any other co-living project in Lithuania. The CHAPTERS projects has the following leisure spaces: Roof terrace; Lounge areas in the main leisure area; Lounge areas on each floor; Outdoor terrace; Café; Movie theatre; Gym with exercise machines; Sauna with separate lounge room; Meditation room; Space for events; Large kitchen and dining area; Workspace
The CHAPTERS project provides space not only for living but also for work: 1000 sq. m of work spaces - 120 workplaces in private offices and collaborative spaces
The most important value is the community vibe. Community events are organized periodically, bringing
together like-minded and invited guests from various fields - leaders in their field and active public figures,
from creators to entrepreneurs.
