The balance between work and fun here is ideal, thanks to the excellent location. The space is fully equipped, offering an enjoyable layout that encourages hanging out in various areas of the property. The host is incredible, ensuring you feel welcomed and assisting in creating the perfect blend of work, play, and exploration.

The bedrooms are private, spacious, and quiet, guaranteeing a good night's sleep.

In the kitchen, which is very large and even includes outdoor grilling spots, you'll find everything necessary for baking and cooking on a grand scale. Assigned spaces for food storage help keep everything organized.

The WiFi is superb, consistently providing speeds of at least 300mbps.

For workspaces, there are three main communal areas, plus private desks with office chairs in the rooms. The flexibility is a major plus.

Special experiences are a highlight. The host often informs about local events and can arrange personalized experiences for you and other guests, enhancing the exploration of the area significantly.

I adore the location. It's situated in a charming suburb, easily accessible from the city within minutes by metro or car. The area is perfect for walks and is close to excellent restaurants and cafes. We even got monthly gym passes locally, allowing us to maintain our fitness routine affordably.

Parking is hassle-free.

Communication with the host is straightforward. They are very responsive and accommodating to any needs or wishes.

In summary, staying here is a decision you won't regret. We would have loved to extend our stay if it weren't for visa restrictions.

I would give this place 20 stars if I could! Starting from my initially booked month, I was so drawn to the environment that I extended my stay to 2.5 months, and only left because there were no more spaces left—testament to just how good this coliving space is. The vibe here is chilled, welcoming, and authentically about being yourself. It's not about the party scene, yet there's a beautiful community spirit where everyone comes together for meals, conversations, and activities like yoga and beach hikes—mostly impromptu, depending on who's up for it.

The amenities are top-notch with reliable hot water, comfortable and spacious rooms, stable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, backup generators, a well-equipped kitchen, a swimming pool, and terraces perfect for unwinding and watching the sunset. But what truly sets this coliving apart is the service; the staff strike the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. They quickly became like family to me, and I cherished the moments of sharing meals and stories with them. If you're considering this coliving, my advice is to go ahead and book it—no regrets. The experiences I've had here are irreplaceable. Thank you for the memories!

This is an amazing coliving where you can easily make friends. It has a rooftop pool and a spacious shared kitchen for multiple people. I highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious and the cleaning service works very well.

I don't even know where to begin on rating this place! I've stayed in Coliving places all over the world and I can safely say that this is up there as one of the best. Firstly, the vibe that Paola has created is amazing. It was so relaxing and really easy to meet likeminded people in a similar work situation. I made some friends for life in this place. There is a lovely kitchen that is fully equipped, it even has an air fryer, juicer and coffee machine, so there is nothing that you miss from home. It's also cleaned daily so it's very lovely to cook in. Paola suggests weekly activities to bring the guests closer together, such as yoga on the terrace, nights out in Santa Marta and afrobeat dancing on the roof.
Secondly, the rooms. I've never slept in such a comfortable bed in my life and am seriously considering having one of their mattresses shipped from Colombia to the UK ? There is air-con which is a wonderful relief from the heat of Santa Marta. The shower is divine and there is ample space to put your things so you're not living out of a suitcase. I work online for 6-7 hours everyday. I never had an issue with the Internet and all my Zoom calls went ahead with no interruptions and there was a big desk for me comfortably use all my necessary equipment.
Paola herself is a wonderful person. She cares passionately about her guests and her priority is ensuring that everyone has a relaxed stay. I would recommend this place a million % and have told everyone I meet about it. Thank you so much for making our stay magical. We were supposed to stay for 2 weeks and ended up staying for a month and honestly, I could have stayed for months more.
