Epic Coliving's founders, Benjamin & Sébastien, two brothers, have long been committed to improving the quality of life at home for dependent elderly people. From their own experience, they have learned that anticipating the needs of the elderly in order to age in the best possible way is essential!
And yet, in the field of housing, the proposed itinerary is rather formatted and oriented towards the care and support of dependency.

At 60, 65 or 70, when you're dynamic and have no major health problems, the existing solutions just don't fit! So they decided to take action to build shared living spaces that meet the expectations of the new generation of seniors.
