Particularly noteworthy is the collegial atmosphere on site, which is perfectly tailored to business travelers. There are great retreat options such as workspaces and phone rooms outside the room, so you can create a spatial boundary and sit outside in peace. The Wi-Fi was good and reliable everywhere, with a separate connection for the lobby and a dedicated in-room Wi-Fi. The staff were very nice and communication via WhatsApp was quick and trouble-free. The self-service checkout via a box at the counter was also super uncomplicated. In the living room there was also a folder with many useful items and information. The facility is very clean and offers a large, beautiful pool that even has an entry aid for people with physical disabilities. My room was located in a complex with four other rooms, which also included a shared kitchen and a living room. The room itself was clean, sufficiently large for a few nights, and the bed was very comfortable, so you could sleep wonderfully despite the heat. The air conditioning worked fine. The security aspect also convinced me completely: the entire grounds and complex are extremely secure, because you need the room key card for all halls, corridors, halves of buildings and even for access to the garden or pool. In the area in front of the coliving there is plenty of free parking. If instead you have a parking space on site at the coliving (or in the parking garage), you can reach the rooms extremely well and comfortably via the staircase. For a small snack in between there are two vending machines in the coliving – one for drinks and one with actual food and other items – while larger supermarkets are easily reachable by car everywhere.It was a bit confusing at first, because nowhere online does it explicitly say that this is a coliving exclusively for business travelers and not for private guests (once that was clarified, staying over was no problem). In addition, the accommodation is very thin-walled: the rooms themselves may be soundproofed as described, but as soon as even one person stays in the communal living room, you can hear it very, very loudly in your own room. I was lucky that usually no one was there, but when someone was there once, it was clearly audible. The air conditioning was very disturbing at night because it lit up brightly and made noises repeatedly due to its automatic on/off — for this a sleep mask and earplugs were very useful. The staff on site are only reachable on weekdays at certain times. The location in the technology park is very remote, so you absolutely need a car on site — the nearest within walking distance is just a Burger King. If you want to enter the grounds late at night or early in the morning (for example on Sunday), you have to pass a barrier. It helps to speak some Spanish or broken English, although even the simple word "coliving" is enough to be let through. A small downside in everyday life was also that there was unfortunately no possibility to simply hang up laundry, which is good to know. There is a laundry room with many washing options, but a hanging option in the room was missing.

Quiet place to work without stress.

My experience with the host has been excellent. Everything has gone super well since the first day. The reception has always been very available and willing to help with any questions or needs.

The prices are very competitive and the quality of life is truly high. The pool is always clean and the atmosphere is very calm, ideal for resting or working without stress. Additionally, it is located within a nearby tech park, a very convenient and safe area.

I definitely recommend the host to anyone looking for a modern, peaceful place with excellent value for money.

Honestly, I loved this coliving, completely new; the rooms have fully equipped kitchens with utensils, the sofa area with a TV — in short, a 10 in every detail! We'll definitely come back.
If I had to say something, it would be that they should improve the signage to the pool, coffee machine, etc. I understand the concept, but we were a bit lost!
