The location is near Petaling Street, which is perfect for walking to various places and doing lots of shopping. The service here is really nice and coordinated. The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Security is also very good.
The place is ideal for staying in Kuala Lumpur. It's super clean, and everything works perfectly. A very decent breakfast and excellent WiFi.
Private rooms are good as long as you get one on the top floor.
I’ve stayed here a couple of times. One of the private rooms had a strong mothball smell, but the other was fine. The beds are adequate; nothing extraordinary but I've had worse.
The Wi-Fi will never work, so don't bother. There is a “hidden” bar at the very top which opens at night, accessed through the main lobby and the hallway for the private rooms. If you have a room on the bottom floor, you'll likely hear people walking by and yelling at 2am.
Worse than that is the doorbell. I don’t know why they have it. There's a glass door at the entrance that is locked. There's a card reader but you’re instructed to ring the doorbell instead. The sound is loud and goes to the reception desk upstairs. They press a button to unlock the door, letting in everyone due to the bar upstairs.
Being on the top floor, you might occasionally hear some tables being moved around, but it’s not a major issue. The bathrooms are moderately clean. However, bathrooms can get messy when drunk people vomit in the sinks, since they walk through the area on the way to the bar. Soap dispensers are often empty, and towels are scarce. You can rent a towel, but I recommend buying a small one if you need one.
The AC works well and is cold, but the lights are often flickering. Reception is available 24/7. Some staff members are great and lovely, while others are not very helpful. They seem to work in exchange for accommodation.
There is a microwave, hot and cold water, and a fridge. The common area is good-sized but always busy. Lock your door, as people often mistakenly try to enter the wrong room.
The location is excellent, right in Chinatown, close to everything and a short walk to the train. You're near tourist spots like Petaling Street and can get a great view of the world’s second tallest building from the bathroom shower on the top floor.
Overall, it’s a mixed bag. The biggest downsides are the loud doorbell, drunks walking past your room, Wi-Fi issues, and occasional room odors. However, if you can overlook these issues, it's a convenient place to stay.
Nice location: It's just a ten-minute walk from the metro station.
The mixed room felt very small. The door couldn't be locked, so I wouldn’t recommend leaving your belongings on the bed.
There are two shower rooms which double as toilets. This makes the space quite wet and humid.
Check-in was easy. My room was on the third floor, but luckily there was an elevator. It was a single bed with two fans, so the room was cool and didn't feel hot. Unfortunately, the window lock was broken and couldn’t be closed tightly, so outside noises could be heard.
The owners are nice, and the location is good.
Love it! I had a great time and will be back again for sure!
I really like it here!

Great place in all of Kuala Lumpur!
The rooftop bar here was really fun to have around. However, the beds are a bit unstable. Also, the rented towel had stains and looked old; I would recommend bringing your own.
