Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing hosts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue potential leads/prospects and negotiate agreements to increase our host base.
- Understand the hosts' needs and offer tailored solutions to address those needs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure host requirements are met.
- Achieve and exceed goals.
- Provide reports and feedback on host and market trends to the management team.
Requirements
- Proven account management experience, preferably in the real estate/hospitality industry.
- Speak fluent English: If you also speak Spanish, it would be a bonus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Results-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
