Loann was a good guest overall with only one occurence of when I had to tell him to really clean up. He mostly kept to himself, not really utilising the common areas nearly at all. He was very shy in general. Apparently, he had very high expectations from my location due to his review and I've never gotten a review this bad in the 2 years that I've been operating my coliving space. This was his first time not living with his parents and it showed.
