If you're going to come here, I recommend asking for a live call via Facebook/Insta or something to see the space in the current condition. The photos are outdating. The hut/hammock doesn't exist at all (and hasn't for the past year, I came back to check on the last visa run. The property is run down, and not too comfortable. This place gets people because it's one of the phew "techy" places you can find online in Siem Reap, but it's pretty far from that except for the fancy card-operated front door they have.
Nice friendly people with a professional attitude. Nothing to complain about internet-breakdown or anything like that. If you are new to Siem Reap, where you will find first-class information and leads for further evaluation and fun. I am most impressed with the "mission" to really help people (foreigners and Cambodian people alike) to get their business off the ground with their internal ACADEMY and the help they provide for newbies. Thanks a lot again for your very helpful advice and the opportunity to stay and work at your place.
I had a great time there. I really was very productive. Jeff the owner is extremely friendly and welcoming but also efficient. Lots of serious people getting work done there, but also made good friends when we took time off in the evenings/weekends. Internet was very fast. Food great. Rooms clean. Near the center but also just far enough to be quiet.
This exceeded my expectations. Jeff and Martin went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure I was set for my job interview. The wifi is lightening speed -- I did a 30 minute video interview with flawless connection. I very highly recommend coming here for an ideal work environment!!
This coliving is the perfect one-stop solution for nomads. For a reasonable price, you get everything included - 4G sim, airport transfer, healthy breakfast, and home-cooked vegetarian lunch. Need your laundry done? That's included too. They have a solid internet connection, great co-working facilities, and even a separate skype room, all with 24 hours access if you want to put in extra hours. The biggest feature for me was the access to the community. They are super friendly and will connect you up with locals and other nomads, organize community meals, and look out for you. OK maybe I lied a little bit, the biggest feature might have been getting access to their two super friendly cats who lapped up a petting whenever I feed them. You can find a bustling city filled with cheap meals, a strong drinking culture (we're talking 50 cent draft beers), laptop-friendly cafes near this place, and of course the Angkor Wat temple complex just a few km up the road. It's the perfect place to come for a longer stay, a visa run, or even a holiday break.
After spending the first week I booked at this coliving, I couldn't resist the temptation to extend my stay at this coliving space for another week! I enjoyed the amenities including the breakfast, family lunch, filtered water, coffee, weekly laundry, cuddly cats (seriously, so cuddly), and tuk-tuk ride to the airport! Socially + environmentally conscious consumers will love this place. This community speaks with its actions. I didn't need to use or purchase a single plastic water bottle the entire time I was in Siem Reap thanks to the water provided at the property! The family-style lunch is also delivered in reusable containers - no plastic bags or styrofoam sent here. The staff can also connect you to community-conscious tours and organizations. The social atmosphere of the coliving is just the cherry on top. I left with fond memories of the new family I made in Siem Reap... I look forward to returning!
