Great experience!
I loved a perfect place to arrive in Buenos Aires if you are a student. It is comfortable, well-located (1 block from the obelisk), has good communal living, and is spacious. Recommended ✌🏻

is an excellent place to start your life in the city, a space for cultural/language exchanges and learning where you create a family and have excellent experiences, a temporary home. The administrators and service staff are always attentive and welcome you and help with everything. Sometimes, a few things may fail, but they resolve it.

It is located in a well-situated area close to all transportation, with a great variety of nearby restaurants. The staff in charge of the coliving are very cordial, educated, and friendly. The common areas can be the best part of the experience at the coliving, with many moments at the pool and also in the living area, with people from diverse cultures where I learned a lot from others, such as Spain, Brazil, Chile, or different parts of Argentina.
I spent six months here, and it was great not only for improving my Spanish but also for making friends and meeting new people.
This is a beautiful place to live with very suitable spaces. If you want to go to Caba, I highly recommend it. You can start your university life here and form lovely friendships.

the location was great, and the space was spacious. unfortunately, noise travels easily from other units; I was disturbed by a baby crying every night, and the waste removal person in the morning lacked consideration for those resting. it's suitable for a short stay, but not ideal if you're looking for a peaceful environment. the cleanliness could use some improvement, especially since there was a request for tips for the service. the toilet had hair in it, which made the bathroom feel unclean. it might be helpful to provide some cleaning supplies like a broom and trash bags, considering the cleaning service is only every three days.
