Why
We believe that life is better if we help one another out. If it goes well for the people around you then it is more likely to go well for you too, right? As they say “What goes around comes around”, so we intend to put as much good out there as possible!
Ultimately, our Coliving venture is driven by the desire to leave a lasting legacy. We seek to impact lives positively, to create memories that linger, and to establish a nurturing space where individuals can thrive. By embracing the principles of community, connection, and elevation, we hope to inspire a new way of living – one that is characterized by genuine relationships, continuous learning, and an appreciation for the beauty of shared moments.
Also, apparently tough times are around the corner so why not help each other out and flourish instead of barely surviving?
What types of rooms are available?
– 2 Large rooms with queen-sized beds (140x200cm beds), a shared bathroom between both rooms, and a private workspace
– 1 small room with a queen-sized bed (140x200cm bed) with an ensuite bathroom but no private workspace
– 1 XL room with a king-sized bed (160x200cm bed), an ensuite bathroom and a private workspace
– 1 XL room with a king-sized bed (160x200cm bed), an ensuite bathroom, including a bathtub, and a private workspace
How are the rooms furnished? Are there options for customization?
The rooms are fully furnished and, therefore, do not require any customization.
Are there ensuite bathrooms or shared bathrooms?
Only two of our single rooms do not have an ensuite bathroom, however, we have an extra guest bathroom in the hallway so you will never have to wait to use one.

Had an absolutely wonderful month at the coliving. Highly recommended. The community, the house, and location are fantastic if you appreciate being just outside of town in lovely, quiet nature. We had wonderful chillout and cooking sessions, as well as hikes on the weekend. The staff is a bubbly joy to be around. Go check it out!
A fantastic place to stay in Valencia. The facilities are top-notch — beautiful garden, great pool, and spotless spaces. What makes it special is the welcoming philosophy: it’s easy to connect with others, but there’s also full respect for your privacy. The staff is kind, thoughtful, and incredibly professional. Highly recommended!

The coliving is a paradise in Valencia, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Everyone living there is super friendly and welcoming, especially a top host. A very modern kitchen, living room, and spacious rooms. Impeccable cleanliness.

The space is super comfortable, and the warm welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home.
The community vibe here is amazing—everyone is friendly, open, and inspiring to be around. Within the first day of my stay at the coliving, I went on a hike with the co-livers, enjoyed a live concert of musicians at La Vitti bar, and had super interesting conversations with the co-livers over dinner. The calmness of the garden during the mornings and afternoons is priceless 🫶
The staff is amazing and will make sure you have what you need to enjoy your stay.
Whether you’re working remotely, exploring the area, or just looking for a peaceful and social place to stay, this coliving really hits the mark.

The host is amazing and will make sure you have all you might need.

Thank you for the great stay! The house is huge, and even when all five rooms are full, you don't get in each other's way too much. The kitchen is the best equipped one I have ever seen – with a smoothie maker, many pans, large pots, baking equipment... There were occasionally free vegetables and oranges – that was great! And not to forget: The forest behind the house is so great for running – the best start to the day! It's a bit of a distance to Valencia, but that didn't bother us. We had a lovely time with wonderful people that we will miss. Thank you for everything! :)
I stayed here for the month of June in 2024, and it was such a lovely experience! I can't recommend it enough. 💛
Some of my highlights include the beautiful home. It's well maintained, with housekeeping coming once a week. The pool is stunning, and I spent a lot of time swinging in a hammock in the backyard reading. It was incredibly peaceful. There's also a friendly family dog, Nana, who's always around for pets. It's very well suited for remote work, with fast WiFi and plenty of workstations.
The people here are fantastic! Philip was quick to reply to any questions and even picked me up from the train station on my first day. The rest of the colivers were so sweet, and Philip organized events and dinners for everyone. I left here with some lifelong friends.
The location is about a 20-minute drive outside of Valencia proper, but many colivers had cars and would offer to pick up groceries and more. The metro is about a 15-minute walk away, and there's a pharmacy just around the corner for any immediate needs. Because of the location, it truly felt like a little oasis.
All in all, it was a fantastic month. Thank you, Philip, for a fantastic stay!
We had an amazing month-long stay here in Valencia! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly atmosphere and the wonderful community. The host was exceptional, providing us with excellent local recommendations that truly enhanced our experience in the city.
The space was comfortable and well-maintained, with plenty of areas to relax, work, and connect with others.
If you're looking for a place in Valencia with a great community, a helpful host, and a perfect balance of work and leisure, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!
Super chill place. It is a quiet and green neighborhood. Definitely a place where you can relax and work well. You can get to Valencia in no time by metro. The atmosphere in the coliving is good; everyone does their own thing. I stayed here for 1 month in March. There are bikes that you can use for groceries or to explore the neighborhood. And the dog and the cat are both super sweet!!
