Absolutely a gem on the island. It has a wonderful family vibe, a great host, and an excellent location.

I didn't really want to leave, but after spending a month there, it was time to go. I will miss it dearly.

This place is amazing! From the room to the common areas, every corner of this house is crafted with detail and love. The hosts are charming and attentive, and the cat is adorable. Without a doubt, we'll return to the island and stay here again. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything ☺️

This is so nice and the house is amazing. I really recommend this coliving space for your stay. The kitchen is big with all utilities. There are two living rooms, nice views, hot spring towels included, and everything is so clean. The house cat is so cute! Whether for work or vacations, it is the best option!

I can’t begin to explain how incredible it was to stay here. Sao Miguel itself aside, staying made my whole trip more than just the sum of its parts. The house sparks creativity, it feels warm and calm without losing character. The people (Marieke, especially you) were amazing. It was a perfect blend of coworking and having a community, all while enjoying my own space and pace when I wanted it. It was incredible waking up and looking one way to see the sunrise, then working, then hiking, then coming home, making dinner, and watching the sunset on the other side of the balcony. I didn’t know exactly what I was hoping to achieve with this trip, but I have left with new energy, an enhanced perspective, and a love for coworking and coliving.

I visited here for a month in March-April, and I recommend it to everyone. The house is spacious, the internet works perfectly, and excursions are organized daily among the visitors plus Figo and Peter. There are two rental cars, and activities are always planned in groups, open to suggestions.

The atmosphere is incredible, and in just a month you can make great friendships. If I had known, I would have stayed longer. I recommend staying for 2-3 weeks if you really want to get to know the area while working remotely.

If you're willing to get used to seeing new waterfalls daily (thanks to Peter), hiking routes that no one else knows (thanks to Figo), seeing whales and dolphins, and meeting people from all over the world (though I must admit, many are German, haha), then I can assure you this is your place.

P.S.: If you're gluten intolerant, no worries. Here's how it works: on the supermarket day, both gluten and gluten-free products are bought and shared among everyone. It's fair. The supermarket has a whole section of gluten-free products.

In short, I had a wonderful experience and made friends from all over the world. I honestly want to return and bring some friends to enjoy the experience. I highly recommend it!

I had the best time! Mareike, the owner, is very helpful and nice. The place was very clean and quiet at night. I loved the big projector to watch movies and the biggest, most comfortable sofa ever. There were nice complimentary cereals, milk, and coffee offered.

The big patio and plenty of desks to work from were great, and there's even a private desk in the room for calls. To get around the island, it's best to rent a car.

At night, we enjoyed some fun social activities with other people in the house.

An amazing place to stay, work, and generally live. The space created by Marieke is calm but has character. It has warmth and vibrancy in every corner, much like Marieke herself.

I didn’t want to leave in all honesty. The house is beautiful, and the views from the balcony are stunning. You’re not more than 30 minutes from the most popular sights and only 45 from the further ones.

The community here is so fun and respectful!

I absolutely loved my time here! The co-living environment was incredibly warm and inviting, and the co-working spaces were designed to boost productivity. Everyone I met was friendly and open, which made networking a breeze. The amenities offered were top-notch, and maintenance issues, if any, were promptly addressed. This place provides the perfect balance between work and social life. I stayed here for a month and felt at home every single day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a communal living experience!
