Next Gen Coliving

One of our main objectives at Next Gen Coliving is to ensure that the properties we are developing are sustainable and aren’t having a detrimental impact on the world around us. In 2019, the housing sector was the UK’s largest greenhouse gas emitter by industry, producing more CO2 than all cars in the UK combined. t’s clear that something needs to be done to help the world with the ongoing climate crisis, and whilst the government have taken some steps, we feel that more can be done.
