Village Coliving matches homes with people in a flexible, free and trustworthy way. We map out how people want to live and offer custom made solutions for various apartment and people arrangements. After some initial interaction we invite potential communities to a common apartment viewing. If it’s a match, the next stage is to move in. Village is a service for apartment owners as well. We help to find the best tenants and we also take responsibility of paying the rent by acting as the main tenant. In addition we help with pricing arrangements as well as setting up marketing material and rental agreements.
