Our apartment is 3 apartments with different room types. Each room is suitable for single occupancy and private. We only accept students and young professionals between the ages of 18-33. Rooms are fully furnished and include all the utilities. All utilities are included in the price. (Electricity, gas, water, internet). Our rooms are our signature product for luxury living. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 55" Smart TV, and a streaming device. These rooms have everything you would need in a room. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the property. The following amenities and services are included:

Who are my roommates?

We do the placements according to like-mindedness as much as we can. We will pick roomates for you, doing our best to match like minded individuals like students and young professionals.
Is there a designated space for work?

Yes, your room comes with a desk and chair for your convenience.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Our rooms are single occupancy only. We may suggest our entire apartment options (one bedroom or studio) for couples, available at limited locations.

Can I check-in early? Late?

For earlier check-ins (early arriving flights)

You can call / message the coordinator via WhatsApp and let them know your arrival time. You will be able to leave your luggage in the common area of the apartment and return later once your room is ready.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

You need to provide a written request to extend your stay, preferably with a 30-day notice. Extensions are based on availability and we do our best to accommodate our guests.
Is there a Credit Score required?

We ask for ID proof of guarantor for the verification process but we do not require any credit scores from international applicants and students.
When/how will you refund my security deposit?

The deposit will be returned within 21 business days after the rooming agreement term stays, provided that the contractual obligations have been met and mandatory cleaning and depreciation fees deducted.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

Smoking of any kind; is not permitted in the residence buildings, by residents and their guests.
Are kids allowed?

As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?

Even though we love pets, a co-living environment does not allow us to be pet friendly. Our current or future guests might be allergic to pets.
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Due to the unique living environment at our premises, constant overnight guests are not allowed. You are able to have friends and family visit you. However, overnight guests overpopulate the apartment and are not permitted.
What are the quiet hours?

On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

Prior to moving in, your room is cleaned and you are provided with fresh linens. It is up to all roommates to keep their rooms and common areas clean.
Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?

You have access to a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation.
