At ALMANSA 11 COLIVING we understand that fostering good relations between guests can be positive for them and for coexistence in general. It makes the stay in Seville more pleasant and enriching, both for the local tenant and the newcomer to the city.

At Almansa 11 each tenant has complete independence and privacy in their apartment, which always has a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, but in addition to their apartment, they can also enjoy a large terrace on the top floor of the building, and a cozy establishment called El Burlador de Sevilla on the ground floor. Both can be used freely most of the time. They are a meeting point and cultural exchange between the building's residents and various leisure-cultural activities are carried out there.
