Casa Verdi

We stayed here for almost a week; we had booked the three-person room. We had access to multiple bathrooms. The kitchen and reading room were welcoming and beautiful places to be in. The community of volunteers was very helpful and insightful. The other people staying at the coliving were friendly and warm. The toilets were clean, the room was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Coffee and biscuits in the morning were a nice touch.
The location was the best, just five minutes away from the local market and 10 minutes away from the center of town. I would recommend anybody to stay here if they were visiting Catania.

I stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect with the Latina girls (I am Latino), the place is lovely, very clean, quiet, excellent location! Just two blocks from the market. The only detail was a person who I think is from Latvia. I respect her personality, but if she hates men, she shouldn't be there. She looked at me poorly and responded with bad vibes, making the atmosphere feel hostile. She ignored my questions and/or when I needed something like doing laundry (a service they offer in the coliving). I also saw her behaving the same way with another guy who was there. But aside from that, the place was very pleasant. Will I return? Yes, of course.

When checking in, I received in-depth recommendations of how to spend a day in Catania: sights to see and things to do. I also received a tour of the complex. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were very clean. All other travelers and the owner were very kind and welcoming. I only stayed one night, but I would stay here if ever back in Catania!

Fantastic place, the terrace is wonderful, everything is well maintained! Recommended!

Simply incredible!!

It feels like home; my experience is that it is like a shared apartment with friends.

The place makes you feel comfortable, and you quickly become one more member of the family, participating in family dinners.
The coliving is a ten, has everything, and is spacious, even allowing time for yourself.

And you are in the very center of the city next to the market!

Additionally, I was able to park my motorcycle inside a private courtyard, which was a great plus.

Without a doubt, if you travel alone, this is your place!!

I went there to attend an event for Travelers and those who want to learn the English language. The Improv English event is supposed to help English Language teachers the most as the instructor comes up with different ideas to let the participants interact.

Super clean and nice personnel :) For some reason almost everyone speaks Spanish here...

The early check-in was allowed, and the late check-out was also permitted.
The bedroom had single beds instead of bunk beds.
The shower, toilet, kitchen, and other areas were all well maintained.

Like colivings used to be back in the day - very homey, soulful, friendly, and truly inviting. It felt authentic and real. And all while still having all the amenities needed to be comfortable. Perfectly located in Catania - quiet street, but literally a 3 min walk away from all the action.

One of the greatest places I've stayed at: beautiful, accommodating, fun, and super comfortable.
The room was very nice, quiet, spacious.
Everything was perfectly clean; the kitchen had everything for cooking, making coffee, etc.
The person in charge waited for my very late arrival and was very kind, offering information for places to go, etc.

I would definitely try to stay there again when in Sicily.
