While the bookcase system creates a distinct area for you, it's important to note that it does not fully insulate the space, with a small gap at the top of the partition.
The Master Room is our most spacious and luxurious option, designed for those who seek ultimate comfort and privacy. It boasts a private ensuite bathroom, adding an exclusive touch that makes it feel like a studio apartment. This room includes a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, and a 65" smart TV with a streaming device, offering a complete living experience. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the room, enhancing its serene atmosphere.
The Flex Plus Room offers a budget-friendly yet comfortable living space. It includes a full-size bed and smart TV, and is separated from the rest of the suite by a smart bookcase system. This setup provides you with your own private area, complemented by quality furniture at a reasonable price. However, it's worth noting that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area, and a small gap at the top of the partition remains.

You can call / message the coordinator via WhatsApp and let them know your arrival time. You will be able to leave your luggage in the common area of the apartment and return later once your room is ready. -
Can I extend or shorten my stay?You need to provide a written request to extend your stay, preferably with a 30-day notice. Extensions are based on availability and we do our best to accommodate our guests.

Is there a Credit Score required?We ask for ID proof of guarantor for the verification process but we do not require any credit scores from international applicants and students.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?The deposit will be returned within 21 business days after the rooming agreement term stays, provided that the contractual obligations have been met and mandatory cleaning and depreciation fees deducted.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking of any kind; is not permitted in the residence buildings, by residents and their guests.

Are kids allowed?As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.

Are service and emotional support animals allowed?Even though we love pets, a co-living environment does not allow us to be pet friendly. Our current or future guests might be allergic to pets.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?Due to the unique living environment at our premises, constant overnight guests are not allowed. You are able to have friends and family visit you. However, overnight guests overpopulate the apartment and are not permitted.

What are the quiet hours?On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

Are the private bedrooms cleaned?Prior to moving in, your room is cleaned and you are provided with fresh linens. It is up to all roommates to keep their rooms and common areas clean.
