In rare and specific cases, we permit hosts to charge additional fees for services that could significantly increase your expenses if included in the regular price. One example is a parking fee, which only applies if you use the available parking space. Hosts are required to mention any such fees clearly in the property description; if it’s not listed, you are not obligated to pay anything extra.
