What is included in the rental price?
The rental price is all-inclusive. It covers utilities (electricity, heating, gas) and even internet connection.
Coliving.com provides only fully furnished coliving spaces, eliminating the need for you to purchase furniture. We strive to offer comprehensive details in each listing, including high-quality photos and a detailed description of all the equipment.
In rare and specific cases, we permit hosts to charge additional fees for services that could significantly increase your expenses if included in the regular price. One example is a parking fee, which only applies if you use the available parking space. Hosts are required to mention any such fees clearly in the property description; if it’s not listed, you are not obligated to pay anything extra.
