While not typically necessary, in exceptional cases, paying rent in cash directly to the host is possible. However, if you choose to pay in cash, you mustinform the Customer Support team at Coliving.com to ensure the payment is recorded correctly.

Please note that cash payment is NOT applicable for the first month's rent. The initial rent payment must be completed promptly, within 24 hours after the host has accepted your request. This is a crucial accepted booking to validate the Renters Terms and secure your accommodation.

With this payment and the conclusion of the Renters Terms, the host is obligated to provide you with accommodation.
