As the community manager, I’m here to support you, whether it’s over a casual coffee or tea, or through our weekly meal gatherings. We believe that connecting with others is key to a fulfilling coliving experience, and our shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy delicious meals together. Plus, a cleaner comes in twice a week to ensure that the space stays perfect for everyone.

Our journey to Mallorca began 8 years ago when my husband moved here for work, leaving behind our life in Saudi Arabia. Initially, he lived in a rural hotel close to his job, but it wasn’t long before he felt the need for a more comfortable and engaging space. After switching between several accommodations, he finally found a long-term apartment, and that experience inspired us to open this coliving space.
We created this community to help professionals who, like my husband, are navigating the challenges of relocating for work. Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas. -
Can I extend or shorten my stay?Yes, you can; the discount will be effective only if you keep the amount of months required for it.

Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. -
