We offer a spacious coliving and coworking house with high ceilings, large windows, a terrace & a garden, and two little swimming pools. Stay cool with our optical fiber wifi and wind-down comfortably in your bedroom or our communal chill spaces. All included bills (electricity & water, cleaning, amenities, and facilities + access to our private events). Our Coliving space offers:

Join our conscious living home located right by the beach for your next remote work experience in Mallorca. This place is absolutely amazing, located in "one of the best places to live in the world", in the Balearic Islands (Spain): Mallorca. We focus on the microcommunity to connect more deeply with like-minded people. We welcome around 10 to 15 residents per month in our superb 450 m2 villa. Dedicated to entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and remote workers, our community promotes environmental sustainability, personal well-being, and authentic connection. You will be surrounded by like-minded people, with whom you will connect with a positive mindset. Palma, the capital of the Balearic Islands, is the perfect city for lovers of good weather with around 300 days of sunshine per year. It also has been mentioned as “one of the Best Places to Live in the World”, according to the Sunday Times. It considers Palma de Mallorca like that because “it has everything”. The newspaper highlighted the “exceptional climate” and cultural weight of the old town of “one of the most picturesque Spanish” with beaches in urban surroundings.
About Palmanova neighborhood: Palmanova promenade is full of bars and restaurants, some of them all year open (200m), BCM disco (1km), Fantasy minigolf (500m), Golf pitches (within 3km), supermarkets (200m), Il Tano pizzeria all year open (100m), Il Chiringo, cool beach bar (100m), Magaluf discos and promenade (1.2 km), Palma 10 km.

  • We focus on creating a nice community of digital nomads and remote workers. Our guests' average age is 32, and most of them are young professionals, freelancers, or entrepreneurs. You will meet like-minded people, travel lovers, and lots of people who have already experienced living in a coliving space.
  • Yes! Almost all of our bedrooms are private, you will not share a room with other guests. You will also have a private desk to work from in every room.
  • We have pet-friendly options in Mallorca and Barcelona. Villa Huerta property in Valencia is not pet-friendly at the moment. Please check our other locations, we will be happy to host you and your pet soon!
  • Almost all double bedrooms can host up to 2 people. In that case, please check the proper price.

  • To make sure we don’t bring any risks for allergies, we usually don’t allow pets at our coliving, even if we love them.

  • Yes, there is a big one in each of our locations: 1 fully equipped kitchen that can be shared by all residents.

  • Yes and we have a second villa dedicated for that purpose including retreats, coaching. We also the ambassador of a digital nomads community in Mallorca so we'll organize many events all over the year!
