We offer a spacious coliving building with high ceilings, large windows, various common areas, 2 terraces, a big rooftop, a jacuzzi, and a huge coworking space of 100 m2. Stay cool with our optical fiber wifi, and wind down comfortably in your private bedroom or in our communal chill spaces. All included bills (electricity & water, cleaning, amenities, and facilities + access to our private events).

Our Coliving space offers:

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Of course! our spaces are designed exclusively for digital nomads and remote workers. You can use our coworking space or your private desk in your room (plus, super high sped internet 24/7)

We focus on creating a nice community of digital nomads and remote workers. Our guests' average age is 32, and most of them are young professionals, freelancers, or entrepreneurs. You will meet like-minded people, travel lovers, and lots of people who have already experienced living in a coliving space.
Will I have privacy?

Yes! Almost all of our bedrooms are private, you will not share a room with other guests. You will also have a private desk to work from in every room.
Are pets allowed?

We love dogs but pets are not allowed on this property, unfortunately.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Almost all double bedrooms can host up to 2 people. In that case, please check the proper price.

To make sure we don’t bring any risks for allergies, we usually don’t allow pets at our coliving, even if we love them.

Yes, there is a big one in each of our locations: 1 fully equipped kitchen that can be shared by all residents.

Do you host groups/retreats?

Yes, and we have a second villa dedicated to that purpose, including retreats and coaching. We are also the ambassadors of a digital nomad community in Mallorca, so we'll organize many events all over the year!
