The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. This company is scammers and every single person like myself there has their own horror story from dealing with this company. There was an increasing amount of black mold on my walls, A/C never worked, Wi-Fi did not work the entire time (had not been working before as people advised me that lived there longer), they fix nothing, they have no competent staff that can do absolutely anything for you, rooftop closes at 7p.m. which was not advertised so eliminating any social space, digital keys were messed up and expired early for many people including myself which locks you out of the building and they claimed they could not fix. The kitchen space was NOT furnished and someone had to go buy cooking appliances. TERRIBLE. ZERO customer service for anything and everything you could need. AVOID!!
