Just used coliving for a move and could not be happier! As a first-time apartment applicant, they made the entire process quick and easy. My coordinator was very responsive and easy to contact. The space itself is exactly as advertised, modern, clean, and well-maintained. Great experience!
Staff is very responsive and kind
I have stayed at two locations the past year and have liked them both. The management team is responsive and the locations are great. It's a very fair deal for what you get. I have had about seven different roommates here, and everyone has been cool and easy to get along with. I strongly recommend this coliving to anyone looking for a place to stay. There are other locations that are likely great as well. Also, one staff member is fantastic! They respond and fix things almost immediately, and another is super helpful with the booking process.
So far, having a good onboarding/sublet signing experience! Will update a few months after I’ve moved in :)
I had a great experience with coliving. After a lease takeover fell through, we were put in contact with a representative, and a week later we had a new place found and lined up!
The representative was super helpful sharing options with us, providing photos and 3D tours, and being super responsive helping us with any questions throughout the process. I had a great experience with coliving and would highly recommend.
I received fantastic support while looking for a place to live. I was presented with multiple room options to suit my needs. A special shoutout to Ashley, who was amazing at responding to my inquiries. She was incredibly quick to reply and provided all the information I needed about the properties. Thank you, Ashley! The 3D tours were especially helpful since I wasn’t in the area at the time and couldn’t view properties in person. I really couldn’t recommend this coliving enough! The entire process was easy and seamless from start to finish.
Great accommodation! Amazing support team who are always available and happy to help! I am especially fond of the staff who have assisted and helped me so patiently. They also checked in on me multiple times and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Truly remarkable service from them! The rooms are beautiful! I am going to extend my lease!!
Coliving Club is definitely one of the best short-term rental agencies out there. The apartments are nice, clean, and they respond to all maintenance requests efficiently. I've had my share of issues, and they remained patient with me until my problems were addressed. I will always recommend it to anybody who's interested.
