At Coliving.com, you won't need to pay the first month's rent in advance to the host, eliminating the risk of them refusing to provide access to the accommodation or ceasing communication. The first month's rent is transferred to the host only after a successful handover is confirmed or automatically three days after the start of the coliving period, assuming no issues have arisen.
 

If the coliving space did not match its description when your reservation request was submitted, you could terminate the agreement, with the entitlement to a full refund of the first month's rent or an alternative coliving home.
