The beautiful island of Koh Pha Ngan is located in the Gulf of Thailand in-between Koh Samui & Koh Tao. It is the second-largest island in the gulf and a perfect coliving destination for digital nomads. This incredible place is surrounded by stunning beaches and jungles. As of 2020, the registered resident population is only about 15,000 but that is not counting the thousands of travelers that make their way here every year. Koh Pha Ngan is one of the most popular destinations for backpackers in the whole of Thailand and coliving is starting to get popular here.

There is so much to do on this island that there is no chance you will get bored. The experience you have in this travel hub will be a mix of relaxation and of course good parties. The island is home to the world-renowned monthly Full Moon Party, which is considered one of the most recognized parties in the entire world. Along with the great nightlife scene, the island is surrounded by some of the best scuba diving in Southeast Asia, with dive sites all around including Sail Rock & Koh Tao.

Although the island isn’t as cheap as the mainland, it is worth the price of the beautiful place you could call home. There are also no airports on the island, the only way here is by ferry. The closest airports to Koh Pha Ngan are Koh Samui, Surat Thani or Chumphon. This is something that makes this island so special and a great place to choose for a coliving experience if you're a digital nomad.
