2. Security deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon booking.
3. Age requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older to book and stay in the apartment.
4. Cancellation policy: Guests must adhere to the specified cancellation policy outlined during the booking process.
5. Guest limit: Each room has a maximum occupancy limit of one guest.
