Welcome to our fully furnished rooms! Our accommodations include everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Each room is thoughtfully designed with a premium mattress, wardrobe, air conditioning, and WiFi. You'll have access to a bathroom, which may be ensuite, private, or shared. Considered as a residential hot spot, it boasts nearby local gems like Newton Food Centre and malls in Novena, which is only one train stop away. Portofino is our second dedicated building in Singapore and includes its own rooftop, lounge, and pool as common spaces for all of our members to use.

- All tenants are required to sign an agreement with the host after booking.
- All tenants are required to submit credentials
- Consumption of water, electricity, and gas is capped at SGD 75 per month. Excess consumption will be billed additionally.

Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. -
Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Rent will only be charged to one party. As a default, all our rooms are able to accommodate one person. However, certain rooms are able to a maximum of two people.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
