I have lived in China since 2009 and for the last 2 years I have been travelling around, mainly staying in Airbnbs across Europe and Asia. In 2019 I have spent time in Vietnam, Thailand Cambodia and China and would like to visit Japan before returning to the UK for Christmas. I spend most of the day working on a laptop and like somewhere comfortable to sleep at night.

A very comfortable apartment to stay in. It had everything you need while staying in a coliving space: regular kitchen, hot shower, laundry, fast internet, comfortable and spacious living space. The co-work space is literally 100m from the apartment.
There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby and the train station is a 10-minute walk. You can be in the centre of Kyoto in around 40 minutes when you want to go.
It is a really nice and peaceful area. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this as a place to go if you have work you want to concentrate on.
It is also near the Arashiyama scenic area, about 25 minutes walk away or 2 stops on the train, if you feel like taking a break and getting some nature.
