I have to be honest: This coliving brought me to an emotional point where I briefly considered canceling my apartment and staying here permanently.

The room was so clean that I almost felt guilty putting my bag on the floor. The bed was so cozy that I needed three wake-up attempts just to get out of it.

Incredible experience! I can only recommend it to everyone.

I had a reservation at another coliving that had not registered it, and I arrived here.
Everything is impeccable in my opinion. Room, cleanliness of the places, access, ease of check-in and check-out, including the welcome from the manager who is great.
Just a couple of logistical aspects regarding dining, but it all depends on one's level of expectation, in this current world that uses social networks to vent their frustration rather than remaining simply human.
I look forward to the next time in the area, and this is where I will come.

Absolutely recommendable – our home during the Zugermesse!

We are at the Zugermesse every year with our furniture business and this time we stayed in a coliving in Cham – and what can I say: simply perfect!
You really feel at home here. The rooms are modern, stylish, and decorated with great attention to detail – everything is sparkling clean and well thought out. Particularly practical are the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine in the house, which makes the stay incredibly pleasant – especially when you stay longer like we do.

The whole concept is top-notch: cozy like an apartment, but with the comfort of a coliving. There’s also a billiard table, great communal spaces, and a really pleasant atmosphere where you feel at ease immediately.

We could live here 365 days a year – honestly!
For us, it’s clear: during the Zugermesse, no other accommodation is an option anymore.
This coliving in Cham is simply amazing – modern living, friendly staff, and unbeatable value for money.

I had a great stay with the Swiss Men‘s Award Bootcamp at the coliving! The location is simply top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; you feel welcome from the very first moment. The rooms are modern, clean, and very cozy – just what you need to feel completely comfortable. I will definitely be happy to come back!

The property exceeded my expectations. Everything is fully automated, from self check-in to check-out, yet there’s still a cleaning staff and someone available for any need. Communication is handled via WhatsApp, and there’s also an emergency number.
The building is modern and recently constructed, with a sleek and minimal design, fully equipped for cooking. There’s a shared kitchen, a cinema room, a game room with a pool table, laundry facilities, a coffee machine both in the apartment and in the check-in area, where distilled water is always available.
Personally, I didn’t miss anything. The apartments seemed well soundproofed, the bed was very comfortable, and the prices are still quite affordable considering the area; you’re in the canton of Zug, definitely not the cheapest in Switzerland.
We moved around by car, and while the neighborhood itself is quite new and doesn’t offer much beyond a small walking trail, it’s well located, just a short drive from Cham and conveniently positioned between Lucerne and Zurich, making it an excellent base to explore many points of interest.

I spent 5 nights here for work in a coliving. The arrival was uncomplicated; the building is digital except for the cleaning staff. An online pre-check-in is possible, and upon arriving at the coliving, you check in at a tablet and create your own room key. The building has an underground garage with a few free parking spaces; if these are occupied, there is still ample room in the valet area. 12 hours of overnight parking costs 22 CHF. The coliving has its own cinema, a community kitchen, a community room, a laundry room, a gym, a coworking room, and even a conference room for rent! The rooftop terrace with a view of the mountains is also great. Currently, there are construction sites on the back of the building, but due to the excellent insulation, you don't notice anything! The colivings have a small kitchen with a double induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, and everything else you might need; the rooms are super! If I need to come to this part of Switzerland again, I will definitely return.

Lovely place, well-designed rooms and common areas. There is not much service to speak thereof as there is no staff on site, but the communication on WhatsApp is very clear :) Nespresso machine in the room 👍🏻 park in front of the coliving very useful and nice if you are traveling with a dog!

We had the suite, and it was very nicely furnished and equipped. The coliving was modern and tastefully decorated. The entire building is new and modern. However, there is currently a construction site right next to the building. The workers start working as early as 5:50 AM, so it is very loud in the early morning. This could be a reason to prefer staying somewhere else. If the construction site were not there, this would be a perfect accommodation. However, of course, the coliving cannot be held responsible for this, but it is still important information.

A really nice, clean, and spacious coliving room. The neighborhood is quiet, next to a shopping center and small supermarkets at gas stations. The tri-border area and a stop with good connections are nearby. There is a small kitchen with all the things you need.

One point deduction because the dishes and the coffee machine were unfortunately not clean.

I had a fantastic experience! The place was really top-notch, and I felt right at home. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I loved how everything was well-maintained. It was a great spot to relax and get some work done. Highly recommend!
