Modern coliving near Zug, quiet, clean, and easily accessible. The best there is in Cham.

I stayed at a coliving for one night due to a business meeting. The property is exactly as advertised and feels brand new. The rooms are impeccable, and the amenities are very modern (this is one of the nicest kitchens I have encountered in a business apartment). The location is excellently connected: a bus stop is only a two-minute walk away, and a shopping center is just five minutes away via public transport. The common areas cater to every need: I found a cinema, two meeting rooms, a small gym, and a communal area. It's a shame I didn't have time to use them all, as I only managed a quick exploratory walk. Breakfast was served à la carte in an adjacent café/restaurant; the salmon crostini were spectacular (and this is feedback from an Italian traveller)!

But what truly makes this place absolutely special is the staff: the receptionist, in particular, sought every possible way to help me with my needs. When you have limited time to ask for information or local advice, this level of service truly makes a difference.

This is one of the most efficient, yet 'human', places I have found in Switzerland. I will be back very soon.

On a side note: Pay attention to the negative reviews you may find here on Google. I was curious, and I read them because the low scores seemed impossible given my stay. These negative reviews consistently refer to users who complained either about situations that were clearly indicated (such as active construction sites, which is certainly not the fault of the property, especially if they notify guests) or about rules that were clearly explained but that the users failed to respect (such as cleaning policies). Sometimes a little common sense is all it takes... Draw your own obvious conclusions. :-)

I highly recommend it. I stayed with several coworkers for four weeks. The coliving has everything you need (movie theater, several conference rooms, laundry room, communal kitchen, gym, game room with a pool table), plus spacious, comfortable, and soundproof rooms. The service and attention are also exceptional.

We regularly place our clients in coliving in Cham, and the feedback is consistently enthusiastic. The team on-site is always helpful and very accommodating. Particularly noteworthy are the cleanliness and the very good offerings alongside the spacious rooms. Gym, cinema, office space, and communal kitchen provide real added value for our clients.

From our perspective, there is nothing better in this price category in the area. Currently, there is construction around the coliving, but this does not affect the cleanliness or the quality of the staff. The friendliness of the employees and the perfectly functioning hotline, which is truly reachable seven days a week around the clock, deserve special praise.

We can confidently say that we will accommodate clients in coliving again in 2026. Keep it up. Thank you.

I have to be honest: This coliving brought me to an emotional point where I briefly considered canceling my apartment and staying here permanently.

The room was so clean that I almost felt guilty putting my bag on the floor. The bed was so cozy that I needed three wake-up attempts just to get out of it.

I had a reservation at another coliving that had not registered it, and I arrived here.
Everything is impeccable in my opinion. Room, cleanliness of the places, access, ease of check-in and check-out, including the welcome from the manager who is great.
Just a couple of logistical aspects regarding dining, but it all depends on one's level of expectation, in this current world that uses social networks to vent their frustration rather than remaining simply human.
I look forward to the next time in the area, and this is where I will come.

Absolutely recommendable – our home during the Zugermesse!

We are at the Zugermesse every year with our furniture business and this time we stayed in a coliving in Cham – and what can I say: simply perfect!
You really feel at home here. The rooms are modern, stylish, and decorated with great attention to detail – everything is sparkling clean and well thought out. Particularly practical are the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine in the house, which makes the stay incredibly pleasant – especially when you stay longer like we do.

The whole concept is top-notch: cozy like an apartment, but with the comfort of a coliving. There’s also a billiard table, great communal spaces, and a really pleasant atmosphere where you feel at ease immediately.

We could live here 365 days a year – honestly!
For us, it’s clear: during the Zugermesse, no other accommodation is an option anymore.
This coliving in Cham is simply amazing – modern living, friendly staff, and unbeatable value for money.
