Balu Coliving

My stay at the coliving was fantastic. The people were friendly and always ready for group activities and dinners. The staff were incredibly communicative and even helped me when my computer broke and required a screen replacement. The location is great and the property is easy to work from with fast WiFi. I will definitely come back to the coliving if I ever return to Medellin.

Staying at this coliving truly made my Medellin experience so special and memorable. The house itself is lovely and super comfortable, and I got lucky to meet a bunch of nice people there. But what really made the difference is how invested the staff are; they really take care of you, and it made a huge difference feeling like I had their support and help if needed. It didn't feel like a big business being run for profit; this coliving really came to feel like home. Plus, they're fun people to hang out with! Thanks so much for such a great stay xx

I’ve spent eight years as a digital nomad and backpacker, and in that time, this coliving has consistently ranked among the best places I’ve experienced. They offer high-quality accommodation at fair prices in a prime Laurelles location. The environment strikes a great balance: it’s clean and respectful for work during the day, yet lively enough in the evenings to connect with fellow nomads over a beer or at a dance class. The owners are exceptionally friendly and always go the extra mile to help. I highly recommend this coliving above any other coliving in Medelln.

I stayed at a coliving for 6 weeks in early 2025. The rooms are nice, the facilities and shared spaces are super clean, and the company was great! They go above and beyond trying to make their guests' experiences amazing. They organize weekly activities like movie nights, BBQs, hikes, dinners, and even take you around town to show you around. I felt so blessed having them around to give me tips for activities, food spots, and making me feel at home. I would highly recommend and will be back next time in Medellin.
