Coliving 1907

This was my first coliving experience, and I really enjoyed it.

The manager was lovely. She is warm and responsive. The weekly cleanings also kept everything comfortable and well-maintained.

She can tell you some stories about her family's long history with the home, which she renovated a few years ago.

I’d especially recommend the Tamadaba room. It has a double bed, a private bathroom, and opens onto a courtyard. It was quieter than some of the other rooms, which I appreciated.

I worked at times from the rooftop, the dining room, and my bedroom. While those spaces were nice, I personally still needed to rotate in some external coworking spaces.

The location is right in the old city and close to many bus lines. The main bus station is only a 5-10 minute walk away, making it very easy to get around.

Socially, I didn’t connect much with people during my first couple of weeks beyond brief kitchen encounters. That changed when the manager organized a rooftop pizza night, which really helped break the ice. After that, we started organizing our own small events, and it genuinely began to feel like a community.

I had an amazing time in this coliving. Perfect location, gym, shops, everything is nearby. People are nice.

Perfect location, right by Triana & San Telmo.
Historical, renovated building with generous space (huge rooftop terrace, bright open courtyard). The owner is always polite and helpful, with delicious Christmas dinners for everyone.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a proper "community workspace" inside, which means that on rainy days, you meet few other colivings on the rooftop or "in between doors."
The internet could be a bit more stable for video calls; otherwise, everything worked great.

The staff has been very nice and responsive. I can't really add anything new from what has been reviewed already by others. The location is very good, the bed is comfortable, but it could help to better isolate the rooms from the outside noise. I know it's difficult to do so, as it is a historical building; we have the same problem in Romania.
And it would have also been nice to have some activities together with the others, but alas, we got ourselves acquainted in the kitchen while cooking.
The location is very good.
The shower still gets clogged once in a while.

Great location, nice rooms in a historical building in the center of the city. Desks in the rooms are very large and comfy to work. Amazing terrace to start the day with the sun.... Definitely my fav coliving place!

Accommodation was very charming, clean, and spacious.

Great desk to work at in the room and large monitor available for extra charge. Additional workspace on the roof terrace.

Great place to live and work in central! Everything is within walking distance and the is very helpful. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. San Telmo bus station is 5 mins away, with direct bus service to and from LPA and the rest of the island.

Amazing room in a beautiful part of town. The staff is great, very reactive, and all-around lovely. Looking forward to my next stay here.

I lived there for almost 3 months. The place is fantastic and super close to everything. The house was always clean, and the owner did everything to ensure I felt comfortable! I will definitely go back!
