Coliving 1907 is located in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and perfectly communicated with the entire city on foot and by public transport.
We know the importance of being comfortable working and resting. We have perfectly equipped single and double rooms. Our 8 rooms have been designed to adapt to your needs while respecting the charm and original architecture of the house.
Telecommute in a relaxed environment. Where do you prefer to work? Room? Rooftop? Courtyard? You choose! Join at any time, easily and quickly. Forget about deposits or bonds.

The rooms are nice with tables for work, equipped kitchen, and everything is clean and tidy. The location is convenient with easy access from the airport.
However, I missed the "coliving" experience. There were no organized events, and the only time I met other people was while preparing food in the kitchen.
In general, I liked the place. But I felt more like being in a nice coliving (where you do your own stuff) rather than being in a coliving.
This is a quiet, beautiful and friendly place. You can hear the life of people and traffic which gives you the experience of being in the center as you are. It is clean and tidy everywhere and Rachel is friendly, helpful, present and easily accessible. Thank you very much for 2 great months.
A beautiful house with plenty of character and the chance to meet other nomads. Great value for the price, I will be staying again.

I highly recommend this coliving space. It's truly beautiful, with a charming, old-world feel that makes living there an amazing experience. There's plenty of space, it's filled with natural light, and you can work from the terrace. The Wi-Fi covers every corner and is very fast, plus the rooms are equipped with height-adjustable desks.
Situated in the historic center of Las Palmas, it’s in the most beautiful and authentic area, just a stone's throw from the cathedral.
It's a shame there isn't a higher rating because this place and its host, Raquel, deserve it!
I've visited numerous colivings over the past four years, and this one is truly unique. The excellent location close to the Cathedral and the home's rich history add to its charm. Raquel transformed it into a coliving space from the heart in 2021.
Each room is filled with natural light and named after must-see spots on the island. You can feel the attention to detail everywhere, with community pizza nights, filtered water, high-speed wifi, a large rooftop terrace, and weekly cleaning all enhancing the experience. Raquel's expertise as a caring host shines through. She offers great recommendations to explore the best parts of the island and is always ready to assist with any special needs.
I've met some incredible people here, and living here truly feels like a royal experience—like being in a 'Palazzo'. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to cowork, colive, and enjoy the amazing vibe of Las Palmas de GC. 🫶🏼

This is the perfect place to stay in Las Palmas, providing everything you need to work and relax. The Triana area is lovely, full of historic landmarks, and it's easy to get around the city or the island thanks to the bus station, which is just five minutes away. The owner can help you with everything you need. I loved my stay here!
