Coliving 1907 is located in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and perfectly communicated with the entire city on foot and by public transport.
We know the importance of being comfortable working and resting. We have perfectly equipped single and double rooms. Our 8 rooms have been designed to adapt to your needs while respecting the charm and original architecture of the house.
Telecommute in a relaxed environment. Where do you prefer to work? Room? Rooftop? Courtyard? You choose! Join at any time, easily and quickly. Forget about deposits or bonds.

Great place to live and work in central! Everything is within walking distance and the is very helpful. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. San Telmo bus station is 5 mins away, with direct bus service to and from LPA and the rest of the island.
Amazing room in a beautiful part of town. The staff is great, very reactive, and all-around lovely. Looking forward to my next stay here.
I lived there for almost 3 months. The place is fantastic and super close to everything. The house was always clean, and the owner did everything to ensure I felt comfortable! I will definitely go back!

Well located, cute street, spacious rooms and super nice rooftop.
Internet connection was great and is always available for anything you might need (they've been more than helpful to arrange the storage of a very big suitcase).
The only thing I would recommend is to bring a pair of earplugs; that coliving is amazing, but that’s an old building so you can hear the noise from the streets.
Otherwise, everything was great!
I stayed in the coliving for 3 weeks in February/March. I had a lovely experience there, the house, the people, the island.
Starting with the house, it is a lovely old Canarian house that is renovated, but it still has the original architecture and vibes. The room that I stayed in was Maspalomas and was nicely furnished and fit to the needs of digital nomads (adjustable desk, good chair, power plugs, fast WiFi). The kitchen was also well-equipped and had everything that we needed. And I would say my favorite part was the huge rooftop where we worked and also relaxed and got some sun.
Besides the house, the coliving is in a very attractive location. Situated in the heart of Triana, you have everything within walking distance: historic buildings, shops, bars, and charming squares. Also, San Telmo bus station is near, and there is a very good connection to the other parts of the island.
I also have to give huge kudos to the staff for being wonderful, always helping and attending and sharing some local recommendations and tips during my stay there. Only warm recommendations for the coliving.
Coliving is a fantastic place to stay! The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the rooms are well-maintained and spotless. Everything is carefully taken care of, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, always ensuring that guests feel at home. Highly recommended!
Coliving muy recomendable. Es una casa preciosa, muy cuidada con los detalles, se siente realmente como una casa. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación central de autobuses que van al aeropuerto y conectan con otros lugares de la isla. Hace lo posible para hacerse sentir confortable. Seguro repetiré.
I had a great time at the coliving. The house and the rooms are wonderful, comfortable, and luxurious with a historical flair. The kitchen is well-equipped, and every room has a work desk. There is also a big sunny rooftop where you can socialize or work during the day. The coliving is conveniently placed in the center of the lively Triana quarter with many restaurants and cafes, and very near to the main bus hub/station - San Telmo. This is a really awesome place to stay.
I stayed at the coliving as a solo traveler for more than two weeks and it was a unique experience. The house has a soul and the manager is super-receptive to suggestions (we got a new coffee machine during my stay). Needless to say, they are a very capable and kind manager.
I managed to be very productive while working in the house given all rooms were very work-friendly, which I appreciated (height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, etc.). Insider tip: my favorite place to work in the house was the interior courtyard, which has perfect natural lighting and airflow.
There wasn't too much socializing with the other colivers (just a few get-togethers); everybody was mostly doing their own thing, but I didn't mind that given there was so much happening on the island.
Overall, a nice stay and I'm looking forward to returning.

Great desk to work at in the room and large monitor available for extra charge. Additional workspace on the roof terrace.
