I had a really nice stay here for a month. I met some really nice people!

This coliving space is located in the old town with a lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The area isn't crowded with tourists, which is nice. The main beach, meet-up, and events area is around 30 minutes away by bus or an hour's walk. The main bus station is only 5 minutes away, making it super convenient to explore any place on the island you want to visit. The only downside of this location is that it's not ultra-quiet due to the wooden windows and the street next to the building. You can hear buses from time to time.

The house is spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned weekly, including the rooms, which made it feel very clean. There's a rooftop terrace where I spent a lot of time working. My room had a superb adjustable desk! The main points for meeting people were the kitchen and the rooftop terrace.

A few small improvements could enhance the experience: better common spaces with sofas and coffee tables to encourage mingling among colivers, better office chairs in the rooms, a bin for mixed trash, one WiFi network across the entire house instead of two separate ones, and more motion-light detectors.

The rooms are comfortable, beautifully appointed with plenty of natural light and high ceilings – I was very pleased with mine. Having a private bathroom is a definite perk. The cleaning staff comes weekly, and the owner frequently ensures the kitchen is kept tidy. With its spacious layout, I truly felt at home.

Do note that this is not a coliving space with organized activities; it's more akin to a house-share. That didn't bother me in the least, as we often arranged dinners and activities amongst ourselves. I've met so many wonderful people during my stay!

A few things that could be improved though:

- The street noise can be quite pronounced due to traffic and buses, plus there are a couple of cafes downstairs. I'd recommend bringing earplugs! It took me a few weeks, but I eventually adapted to the noise.

- The absence of a cozy communal area with a plush couch for relaxing both indoors and on the rooftop was felt. Such an enhancement would greatly benefit the communal living experience. It's nice to have somewhere to unwind that isn't your room or outside, and with a little more attention, the communal spaces could really enhance the overall charm of the place.

I loved my stay here! The coliving space was cozy, with around 8 rooms, ensuring a tranquil environment at night along with privacy in the layout. The other residents were mostly in their 30s, providing an adult atmosphere, which I appreciated. The old town neighborhood charmed me, though it's a short bus ride to the beach, the ambiance here is far superior to the places I've stayed closer to the shore.

I would suggest making the dining area into a TV lounge, as there isn't currently a dedicated space to relax with a sofa. Also, equipping the rooftop with some comfy outdoor seating would make it a delightful spot to enjoy, beyond just having tables.

My room was beautifully decorated, and I had no trouble sleeping. However, some guests in rooms nearest to the street mentioned traffic noise at night; bringing earplugs could be a good idea depending on where your room is situated. Overall, with its blend of comfort, quality, and social opportunities, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for a month or more.

I had an experience that matched exactly what I anticipated from the others' feedback and the website's portrayal. Everything was on point, and I'm excited about the prospect of returning at the earliest opportunity. I would certainly recommend this coliving space to anyone considering it.

I had an excellent experience staying in this coliving space in the heart of the old city. The rooftop was a delightful spot to unwind, and the building has a very unique charm, as does the surrounding neighborhood. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my needs!

The area is abundant with cozy coffee shops, giving it an old European vibe. Las Canteras is just a few kilometers away, easily reachable on foot or by a quick taxi ride, with buses readily available too.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a coliving option with character and convenience.

I stayed here for a month and found it to be a beautiful place with very good service. The area around was quite enjoyable as well. Although there were times when the sound of traffic was audible in my room, it wasn't a significant issue for me.

I had a wonderful six weeks staying in Gran Canaria, and I'm eager to return. The location in Triana, away from the more tourist-heavy areas, gave me a more authentic experience of the city, even though it meant some restaurant staff didn't speak English.

What stood out to me were the practical features of the accommodation such as the standup desks in the rooms, and the rooftop terrace. The latter was my favorite spot to work from because of the reliable wifi. When I wanted to hit the beach, Main Beach, Carteras was about an hour's walk or a convenient half-hour bus ride, with several lines to choose from. Although my Spanish classes and social meetups often took me there, I found the commute part of my daily adventure and not at all troublesome.

The highlight of my stay was the community here. I bonded with the other residents, embarking on road trips and enjoying nights out. This coliving has been a fantastic experience, shaping memories I'll treasure, and I anticipate a return visit in the future.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this coliving space. I spent a month here in November 2023 and wish I could have stayed longer. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the space is truly contagious among the residents. There's never a dull moment, even post-work; you can unwind on the rooftop terrace with the community or explore the area.

While the old town isn't directly on the beach, accessing the city beach is easy and convenient by public transport. This is particularly great when you're here for work and value the peace of the old town with its diverse and fantastic dining options.

I'm eagerly anticipating my next stay!

I had a fantastic experience during my work and travel trip, and this coliving was a standout for me. I stayed in various places in Las Palmas, but the sense of community and excellent working spaces I found here were second to none.

The coliving is situated in a lovely area surrounded by locals, which gave me a more authentic experience. It's worth noting that you should be ready for a 15-20 minute bus or bike ride to get to the beach or most social gatherings, but I found that to be an enjoyable part of my daily routine.
