For me, coliving was the perfect accommodation to attend Spanish classes (Lacasitadelaura!) and explore the city.
I like the old house, the organization of the community, and the neighborhood of Triana and San Telmo. The people I met were very nice, and the atmosphere was very relaxed.
I also really liked my room, Jardn Canario, although sometimes it seemed noisy due to the street and the buses, but I quickly got used to it.
I will definitely return here, and I am already looking forward to reuniting with everyone.
This coliving is the perfect location for a workation. My room was superbly equipped with a height-adjustable desk, just like the one I have at work in my office. I was also able to rent an extra monitor for my time there, which made working there perfect. I always felt safe, even when it came to my work equipment (there are certain requirements that everyone has in their employment contract), I always felt secure. The accommodation is limited to a maximum number of residents, and because everyone currently living there is invited to join a Slack group, you always know exactly who is staying there (there were also lovely signs hung on the doors with the names of the residents, and I felt welcome as soon as I arrived). So everyone knows everyone else because they have already met in the Slack group, or at the latest in the communal kitchen or on the rooftop. If you still haven't managed to meet everyone, there is often a pizza night on Wednesdays, organized by the owner, or a breakfast with delicious churros. The owner always makes sure you're comfortable and gives you tips about the area and what you can do on the weekend. Apart from that, as temporary residents, we were always able to communicate via the Slack group and got together for day trips or evening meals.
I really enjoyed my time there and will remember it for a long time because the house itself is impressive, it's beautiful, and the surroundings are also totally beautiful because it's in the middle of the old town and you have everything you need around you, from supermarkets to wine bars, the most beautiful shops and museums, and rooftop bars.
I had a perfect stay at the coliving. The house and the room are beautiful and well equipped, and the rooftop terrace is an absolute dream. The location of the building in the city center couldn’t be better.
The staff is attentive and wonderful, and I truly didn’t miss a thing. Would love to come back!
I spent a wonderful month here and can highly recommend this coliving.
It is located right next to the charming old town districts of Triana and Vegueta. The historic building is a real gem and has been furnished with great taste. The spacious roof terrace is a particular highlight — ideal for relaxing, working, or soaking up the sun.
The rooms have height-adjustable desks, and the beds are very comfortable.
The central bus station San Telmo is only a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can easily get anywhere on the island.
The staff is the heart and soul of the coliving. They are very friendly and respond to messages immediately.
One thing to keep in mind when choosing a room: some rooms face Calle Buenos Aires. As this street is very busy in the morning, people who are sensitive to noise should ask for a suitable room.
I had the most amazing stay at this coliving space. I felt super comfortable since all of the other residents were just lovely. Sharing a sunny rooftop was extraordinary! Thanks for everything! I’ll be back!
This was my first coliving experience, and I really enjoyed it.
The manager was lovely. She is warm and responsive. The weekly cleanings also kept everything comfortable and well-maintained.
She can tell you some stories about her family's long history with the home, which she renovated a few years ago.
I’d especially recommend the Tamadaba room. It has a double bed, a private bathroom, and opens onto a courtyard. It was quieter than some of the other rooms, which I appreciated.
I worked at times from the rooftop, the dining room, and my bedroom. While those spaces were nice, I personally still needed to rotate in some external coworking spaces.
The location is right in the old city and close to many bus lines. The main bus station is only a 5-10 minute walk away, making it very easy to get around.
Socially, I didn’t connect much with people during my first couple of weeks beyond brief kitchen encounters. That changed when the manager organized a rooftop pizza night, which really helped break the ice. After that, we started organizing our own small events, and it genuinely began to feel like a community.
Overall, a great first coliving experience. Thank you!
I had an amazing time in this coliving. Perfect location, gym, shops, everything is nearby. People are nice.
Amazing coliving, perfect location, nice people
Perfect location, right by Triana & San Telmo.
Historical, renovated building with generous space (huge rooftop terrace, bright open courtyard). The owner is always polite and helpful, with delicious Christmas dinners for everyone.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a proper "community workspace" inside, which means that on rainy days, you meet few other colivings on the rooftop or "in between doors."
The internet could be a bit more stable for video calls; otherwise, everything worked great.
I had a nice stay at this charming coliving house for three weeks. The room was functional and well set up for remote work, with a desk and the option to rent a monitor and keyboard, which made working from home very comfortable.
The owner is lovely—very responsive and attentive to guests’ needs.
The neighborhood has plenty of nice places to eat, and it was always easy to find good options nearby. The house is located on a busy street, and although my room overlooked the tables of the restaurant across the street, I was surprisingly not bothered at all during the day. At night, however, I would recommend using earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily return.
