Review of a Week at the Coliving from a Snowboarder's Perspective
I recently spent a week at the Coliving in mid-February and would like to share my experience, especially from the viewpoint of a snowboarder. Overall, it was a fantastic trip filled with memorable moments, but there are a few insights and expectations that might be helpful for fellow boarders and advanced riders planning a visit.
To begin with, the coliving itself is impressive. It's clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have the best possible experience. They even become a part of the adventure if you choose to engage with them. The food is excellent, and the evening activities are a lot of fun, though I did miss out on a fondue night. I would have preferred that over the BBQ, which really didn’t work. A minor downside was the pillows, but I've already mentioned that to the staff.
For those planning to visit, a little tip for your first night: turn off the heating and open your window as the rooms can get quite warm.
The coliving provides access to three resorts, but they aren't linked, so you visit one resort per day as a group. These resorts are on the smaller side, making them ideal for beginners and intermediate riders. There are some nice bunny slopes to learn on. However, advanced riders might find the runs a bit limited. Without fresh snow, the off-piste quickly becomes chud and unenjoyable. You can cover all the runs in each resort in less than a couple of hours, which might feel repetitive if you're seeking more challenging terrain.
A significant point to note is that the resorts are primarily served by very long and fairly steep button or T-bar lifts. While these are manageable for skiers, they pose a challenge for snowboarders, leading to leg cramps and making it less enjoyable to lap the mountain. This was a bit of a deterrent to going back up again, as the leg cramps really sucked.
I think without the big dump of fresh snow from Tuesday night, my review of the resorts would be negative, as I know I would have been bored of them very quickly. Fortunately, lapping the fresh powder on the black runs under the main chain lift on the Wednesday was amazing and the highlight of the week.
On the Friday of our trip, we ventured to Verbier to experience some proper runs, but this came at an additional cost of 90 Euros for the day pass. Lastly, it would have been helpful to have information on pick-up times and other details earlier, as not knowing until a few days before my flight left me feeling a bit uneasy. Others in the group shared this sentiment.
In summary, I had a great time at the Coliving, better for beginners or intermediates. Without the fresh snow the resorts were too limited for more advanced riders. Long drag lifts suck :P
I absolutely loved my stay at the ski coliving in Switzerland. Everything was well organized and welcoming from start to finish. My snowboarding instructor was incredibly helpful and patient—thanks to her guidance and the support from her co-worker, I was able to confidently enjoy the amazing Swiss slopes.
The food was excellent, with great breakfasts and dinners every day. I also really appreciated the evening programs, including a relaxing night at a spa and a fun evening exploring beautiful Verbier. Most of all, I’ll always remember the great times spent with everyone in the group at the coliving. It was truly an unforgettable experience!
The best trip I've had by far! Couldn't have been happier choosing this coliving for my first trip to Europe. I got to learn how to snowboard for the first time, and it was in some of the most beautiful places in the Alps! The food provided was fantastic, and everything you would need is taken care of. It was a very good value and I'm looking forward to returning. HIGHLY recommend to everyone! My group and I had a blast!
Wonderful community. Highly recommend, especially if coming solo for ski/snowboard.
Our week at the ski coliving was one of the best weeks of our lives. We made amazing friends, saw amazing views, and enjoyed delicious home-cooked meals. 10/10 recommend; we were so sad to leave!

I had an absolutely amazing week at this coliving! The food was great, the company was fantastic, and the skiing was incredible in a perfect location. I can't thank the team enough for their hospitality. If you're looking for a month of skiing in the Swiss Alps, this is the place to be! I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again!
