The location is great, feels very safe even at night, the rooms are comfortable, cozy, and ventilated. There is room service and even though you get to share kitchen and living room, the ambiance is cheerful and gentle. Definitely will come back.
I loved the coliving! My room was spacious and comfy, clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and centrally located to walk to Navarte, Roma, Condesa, everywhere. I really appreciated the tea station and water bottle refill!
The first floor has more of a communal vibe with a communal space and kitchen, so if that is not what you’re looking for, ask for a 3rd floor room. I started on the 1st floor and it was a little loud, but the coliving management was super helpful and moved me up to the 3rd floor which was perfect!
The rooms are not very practical; everything looks new but there were several details. The attention was excellent!

A wonderful experience. This coliving is perfectly located, super central and close to everything, making it very easy to move around and enjoy the area.
The rooms are simple but very comfortable, everything impeccably clean, organized, and with a truly comfortable bed that allows for great rest.
The coliving also has very pleasant common areas, a gym ideal for cardio and some weights, and a pool with a beautiful view that makes the moment even more special. Additionally, the included breakfast is an excellent detail to start the day.
But undoubtedly, what stands out the most is the human team: all the people who work there are simply wonderful, very kind, attentive, and always willing to help.
I really loved this place. I will definitely return and totally recommend it.

This is an excellent little boutique coliving. It’s located in the heart of it all and is close to everything.
It is a property where you can make reservations for two people in a single bed, ideal for couples or for one person, whether traveling or for leisure. If you don't want to spend on food, you can prepare it yourself in the kitchen. The location is good if you want to be close to the more expensive areas of CDMX.
