The place is very comfortable and cozy, with the most beautiful views. At sunset, the sky gifts you with unparalleled images. The service is very attentive. Cleanliness is 100%, and the location is unbeatable in Cabo San Lucas. Highly recommend it 100%.

The room's terrace had a hammock, which was nice!
I only stayed for one night, but the staff were kind, and I was able to spend a comfortable time.
It was close to the marina and restaurants, so I had no problem getting there.
(I was a bit careful as there were some dark paths with few people after it got dark.)
The breakfast was also pleasantly relaxing.
The coliving is very nice, everything is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are great, and they even gave us a courtesy that we didn't expect.
The service is excellent, super attentive, and the kitchen staff is the same; the night receptionist is very attentive and super friendly, if you need anything, she helps you quickly. The staff, in general, is very helpful, and the manager is also very kind. The breakfast is good, it's a buffet with various options; the pool and terrace are beautiful, and the view is very nice. The only slightly annoying thing is the exterior noise, but that’s understandable given the area.
We would come back without a problem.

I love our room, spacious with a big TV and great bathroom.
Gym could be bigger, but it’s possible to do a small workout there.
I love the pool with the view.
But I hated the breakfast—shortage of staff was visible; sometimes you needed to wait 15 min for anything to eat (and the coliving is small, and everything to eat is set outside).
We stayed from Monday to Sunday in the coliving.
The location is excellent, right in the center of Cabo San Lucas. We arrived by car; the coliving has some parking spots, and if they are occupied, there are always options nearby.
The check-in was quick, and the room was very clean. It includes body shower, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and iron (the latter can be requested at reception).
The gym is small but functional, with dumbbells, kettlebells, and a bench.
The terrace on the fifth floor is beautiful, especially at sunrise. Breakfast is served there, perfect for starting the day.
The staff is super friendly: [names removed]. They gave us excellent recommendations, including the hike to Cerro Prieto, which has incredible views.
Areas for improvement: the internet was intermittent, and it would be ideal if breakfast started at 7 a.m.
Overall, we were very satisfied. We will definitely return.
